To get started, add our Slack app by clicking 'Add to Slack' on our homepage. Once added, the following steps will run Optwell.bio on any Slack channel you choose.

Let's connect to a channel. Here are a few hints:

1. You can pick an existing channel or make a new one just for Optwell.bio

2. It's a good idea to pick a channel that people are already using. Channels like #office or #general are good candidates.

3. If you don't want to mix things up in one channel, that's cool. Just create a separate dedicated channel for Optwell.bio (and it could be even easier to look through things later).

4. If your teams operate in different time zones: We recommend to connect Optwell.bio to a separate channel in each respective time zone. We tailored our interactions to the time of the day. In different time zones, one team might just be starting while another is already getting lunch ready

If you're familiar with Slack, just follow these steps:

* Go to the channel you want to connect with.
* Invite @optwell.bio to this channel, then, type the following slash commands:
* Set time zone (adjust to the actual time zone of the channel) with slash command: /optwell timezone America/New_York
* Start with the following slash command: /optwell start

That's it. You are all set!

With premium plans, you can have as many channels as you want in a single Slack workspace. It's best to have one channel for every timezone.

Just so you know, you'll get a confirmation when you connect to the channel, but the first message will go live on the first working day of next week. The content is all about the entire week.
